I'm always nervous when our small town gets a new restaurant. I want so badly for it to succeed and more often than not, it falls short of expectation. This was not the case at Chopstix (and it takes a lot of me to say that because I'm a HUGE Sakura fan iykyk). The establishment is huge, clean, and welcoming. It was my first time trying beef broth soup but it was an enjoyable taste with the added green onions in the mix and the sashimi has the most delicious taste with lemon served with yellow tail tuna, my most enjoyable meal for a quiet Wednesday

Loved this restaurant. The food is delicious and Very plentiful!!!! We had the dumplings and spring rolls for appetizers and ordered the sweet and sour chicken and hibachi chicken for the main course. Everything was delicious! Our server was quick and very attentive.
